	Special rates for groups, multi-night and weekly rentals. Two night minimum on holiday and special events weekends. Check-in time: 3 pm - 8 pm or by arrangement/ Check-out time: by 11:00 am. Payment in full at time of check-in. Children under 3 are free! All accommodations include dishes, kitchen utensils, linens, BBQ grills, fire pits, and more. Reservations require advance payment by credit card, check/money order or cash. Rates do not include sales tax. Cancellation Policy: Should a reservation be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival, the deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If after 72 hours, full reimbursement of the cost of one night of the rental will be subject to its re-rental. If re-rented, the $25.00 fee will be applicable. If departure is before the reserved time is over, financial responsibility will be for the entire time reserved.
